I would meet him on Saturday regardlessNeedless to say I canceled the event so that I could be present for his consultationWe received a call late Friday afternoon requesting a cancellationAt that time it was to late to reapply for the event In conclusion and at this point I will do what is necessary to uphold my dignity and the ethics of my businessI pride myself on exceptional customer service and good business practices as you can see by my reviews DrAnthony B [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I appreciate the doctor taking the time to respond to this matter, unfortunately, he failed to address the most relevant part of the complaint. The contract does not clearly indicate that the payment is non-refundable. In addition, the doctor mistakenly presents a few facts. First, he was called on Friday morning at 9:00am and Mr.???? spoke directly to the doctor. The doctor did not indicate that there was a no refund policy, when asked about a refund, the doctor instructed Mr??? to call back on Monday and talk to Kim. Also, the doctor never mentioned he was cancelling a previous appointment and although Mr??? feels badly that he had to miss his event, he still believes he should get a refund. It is not uncommon to change your mind when dealing with such an issue as weightless. Mr??? and his wife got caught up in the excitement of the dinner presentation, but, upon less than hours, they had changed their mind. They request a full refund and hope that the doctor changes his contract to make it more clear to future dinner participants.
