To whom it may concern, My name is [redacted] ***I have owned the BaLaundry location since BaLaundry is a coin operated laundry, as such some of our vending machines may have "glitches" over timeIt is our policy to refund any monies lost by our customer and give them the benefit of the doubtOperating as many individual machines as we do problems are bound to occurHowever the coin changers at this location are differentThese systems have safeties built in, these safeties are for both the operator and customerAs the operator we have the ability to audit the system and verify if in fact a problem did occur I learned of this incident last week when I was handed the Revdex.com letterUpon receiving the letter I questioned both the attendant and managerThe version was significantly different than what was filedAt this point I choose to support the decisions of our staff Regards
