I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory, if they completely delete our address from their mailing list.
I response to Ms. [redacted] response, I contacted them on December 11th and this is the only email response I received from their company.

I contacted them again on February 24, 2015 and still did not receive a response from them.
I have had to deal with this issue with numerous companies that previously had this address and suite number. It has almost become a full time job getting these companies to remove our address. The two previous business' had several employee's and we get stacks of mail almost every day that don't belong to our department. My intent is not to affect anyone's credit rating, but I'm trying desperately to get our address and suite number removed from all these companies.

I have checked the customer’s account and made the changes that [redacted] had requested; the issue is that it does take 1-2 catalogs...
before they are permanently taken off of our mailing lists and no longer receive catalogs.
I am sincerely sorry that the customer does not think that we responded to her request but I had responded to her with no response back to my questions. Unfortunately I can no longer prove that I submitted a response due to our emails are deleted after 90 days per our company’s policy.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and hopefully this will clear up the issue and not negatively affect our rating.
