I do not understand why this case is closed as there has not been a resolutionBalboa Autos took possession of my car on 11/10/I filled out a work order for the water pump to be fixed and the alignment and they have told me during phone calls I made that they have found other things to fix not on the work order of which I did not authorizeEach time I have called they tell me give us a few more daysThey not once called me about anything, I have all calls recordedI have made my dec payment and still do not have my car.This case has not been resolved and I need for it to be looked intoI am concerned that they are going to charge me for the work they did that is not on the work orderI need help with this please!!!

On Dec 18, I called Balboa Auto Dan Ramirez regarding the car in question and he stated to me the car was fixed but the alignment was not done, at that time after he had possession of my car for a month and a half I decided to pay for the alignment myself just to have the car returned to meAfter a payment of $I went to pick up my carI brought a witness with me as I went in to get the keys, Dan gave me copies of invoices of the items that he said have been repairedWhen he took possession of the car it was running fine it just needed a new water pump replaced which I purchased and providedI have witnesses as to the condition of the car being derivable except for the water pump and the alignmentWhen I started my car with my witness still there at Balboa Auto we both noticed a squeaking sound and the muffler rattling and the car making loud noise and idling roughlyI chose to drive away with the car thinking maybe it was because the car had been sitting for so longI had to drive from Lakewood to Lafayette using Iwhile driving, the car began to lose power and began slowing down, pushing on the accelerator the car would not shift gears just revved and made loud noise and the muffler rattled as though it was falling off the carAs I exited Ito Lafayette I came to the stop light and the car stalled, after starting again I proceeded onto route and the car had no power and could not shiftAt each stop on route the car stalled and continued to have no powerI arrived into Lafayette and picked up my daughter to show her the condition of the car that Dan said was fixedNothing no longer works on the dash panel of which all worked fine before they took possession, the car had none of these issues prior to them taking the car from the mechanic in LongmontThe mechanic in Longmont said that the water pump was outDan gave me copies of invoices for which he worked and replaced on the carHe spoke of charging me for all the work that was done but the work order had only two items on it the water pump and the alignmentHe took payment of but the alignment was not done, everything else that he attempted to charge me for were items he chose to doHe never called me to get authorization for any of the extra work he supposedly did of which totaled $which he told me he would not charge me if I took my complaint down with the Revdex.comThis car is in worse condition now than when he received it in November of which he had for over a month and a halfI can not drive this car as is
My daughter called to speak with Dan but, got Alma instead and again she was disrespectful, screaming and hung up on my daughter, my daughter called back and informed Alma that all calls beginning in November have been recorded, now Dan nor Alma will accept any calls and will not return calls
The $was paid to them through a program "CarCareTeam" charities and I feel they were ripped off because they believed they were paying for a car that was supposed to have been fixed and in fact is in worse condition
I am on disability as I have stated previously, I need the car for medical appointments of which I have not been able to get toI sent Dan an email describing my health conditions he never responded to my email
I find it difficult to understand why a business such as this is still opperatingI still have monthly payments to make on this car and I am unable to drive it at all, after over a month of it being worked on and having to pay out money for a car that is supposed to work, I have no carI don't understand thisThere should be laws protecting people from businesses that take delight in ripping people off
I would love to see this business shut down so they cant do this to someone elseThere are two outcomes that I feel would satisfy this terrible ordeal and I know that they will not do either, 1) replace the car that is certified in exxcellent condition or to just return any and all monies that have been paid towards this car including the monies paid by both charities
I have all documentation, recorded phone calls, all payment receipts, and all are available when needed

We sold the vehicle to MsPusateri. we did a lot of free work for her. Then we did some work her and charged her for it. Nothing we did satisfied her. She refused to pay the final round of repairs and returned the vehicle. We did our best to help her, but there was no way to make her happy We cancelled the contract and at the end of the day, ended up out thousands of dollars

After waiting a 1/months for my car to be fixed I picked it up on Dec When I picked up the car I had a friend with me so that I would have a witnessI had called Dan Ramirez at Balboa on Dec 18th and was told that the car was fixed except the alignmentI recorded all calls with Balboa AutosI had two items on the work order form that they requested I fill out and the two items was for the water pump to be replaced (I provided the pump) and for the alignment to be fixedFrom the paperwork I received from Balboa Autos they did a lot of other work of which they never called and asked for authorization for the work to be done, so they did unauthorized work and did not complete the original work orderI was told by phone call that the original amount agreed on was the and they did accept that amount for payment, I was told that the extra work that was not authorized came to and I would not be charged as long as I took my complaint with Revdex.com downAs I left with the car the muffler was a bit loud which balboa claims it was broke when they got it but in fact it was not and they claim to have fixed itMy friend and I also heard a squeaky noise and thought maybe it was the timing chain/beltI happened to have my grandsons with me and I got on Ito head home from Lakewood to LafayetteWhile driving on II noticed that none of the gages on the dash worked and before Balboa picked up the car the new issues were not problems at all, so the gages stopped working, while on the freeway the car lost power, would not shift gears, I had to drive in the slow lane, once I arrived at the exit to Hwy I had no power and had to pull to the side of the road for cars to passI did not have these problems before Balboa picked up the car Nov 10,
I believe that this car was sabatoged purposely by Balboa Autos due to the fact that I filed complaints with Revdex.comI was in tears by the time I picked up my daughter to show her what they did to the carMy daughter called Balboa while we were trying to get back to our house from my showing her what the car was now doingI was in tears because they new they sabatoged the car and seeing that I had my grandchildren with me they still allowed us to get in that car, they put all of us in danger
After a few days I decided to return the car and ask for all the money I paid Balboa towards the car to be reimbursed and they told me no that it wasnt going to happen
I am so disturbed that companies such as this can actually get away with stealing from the public and the law gives them the right to do so
I would love to be reimbursed for this car and for them sabatoging the car so I can go buy another car from a reputable businessI am so disappointed that the law allows this business still to conduct business
I am not satisfied in anyway regarding this businessThe only outcome that I will be satisfied with is being reimbursed all the money owed to me
