Thank you for your email which I forwarded to our accounting office for review. In response to Mr***’s complaint #*** I am attaching the final invoice (folio) and pasting (at the bottom of your email) a copy of the email he received from *** (our Front Desk Supervisor) on
September (and Mr***’s response). At this point I am uncertain about the nature of Mr***’s complaint since he apparently received a free upgrade and cancelled two nights of his stay without penalty. In addition, the total of the charges appears to be $543, whereas I believe the figure mentioned by Mr*** was $647. If I am understanding correctly, Mr*** ended up paying less than he was expecting?
