Review: This company never gave me my money back. No house no deposit back. I feel robed and very angry with them. They fill you with lies and promises and at the end nothing. Just 200 dollars less. DO NOT TRUST THEM people they just want your money.Desired Settlement: I JUST WANT MY 200 DOLLARS THAT THEY KEPT. THEY GIVE YOU FAKE PROPERTY ADDRESSES.

Review: Me and my husband pay this company $200 for a service we never receive. They were suppose to help us find a house for rent but they gave us list of homes that were out of our budget. We explain to them that we had decided to stay in our current and apartment and we will not need their services.The people from Balboa deliberately lie to me and my husband about the procedure for us to get a refund. They told my husband he did not had to return to the office for the refund that we need it to wait for our contract to expire and then mail or email the refund request form. After submitting the refund form we were send a letter saying we did not fulfilled our contractual obligation because we did not stop by their office to to sign a form. When I tried to call them to ask for an explanation they stop answering my phone calls and would not return my calls after I left them couple voice mails.Desired Settlement: I want to receive a my money back because we did not receive the service that we were promise by this company.

Review: Balboa Credit Group claims to be a business that helps with rental properties. They say they work with property owners and property management facilities and can provide a list of properties for rent. They charge consumers a fee of $200 for the list of properties and indicate the funds will go towards the deposit of the place of your choice. Once you've paid Balboa Credit Group the fee they give you a list of address' from Google Maps which aren't even properties. They refuse to give any funds back to you and will ignore any correspondence.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of $200 paid in full.

Review: In August I visited Balboa Credit Group in search of an apartment. A $200 deposit was required to receive listings. I was reassured that the deposit is fully refundable in case I am not satisfied with the service the company provides. After discovering that their apartment search did not work for me I decided to cancel the service. I was advised to fill out a refund request form and I was promised to receive my full refund within 7-10 days. It has been over 4 months and I still haven't received my refund. I contacted Balboa Credit Group many times and I did not receive an honest answer regarding my refund.Desired Settlement: I am asking that the $200 is refunded to me by Balboa Credit Group as promised by the company's agents.

Review: I went to this fradualent company called balboa credit group based off in the city of santa ana ca. My sister and I were lied to by these individuals that they were going to help us find a place to live based on income not credit. So in order for us view listings we had to put a 200 dollar on my visa. We were told it wasn't going to charge unless we got an approved apartment. All they gave us was a fake listing of homes for rent a lot of the streets weren't even legit. All listings were bogus. Even on yelp people were complainig about this fake company. I was told by the bank to call the Revdex.com the police dept won't help beacuse there is no other paperwork . All I want is my 200 they stole from me and I hope these theives are thrown in jail.Desired Settlement: 200 dollars back to my chase account
