Review: On April 2, 2015, I sent [redacted] a check for $139.00 for the application fee to get into Income Group #2 in order to Earn $1490 for that Group. He was to send me 149 letters, 149 envelopes and 149 customer mailing labels. There are three other groups for potential home workers to choose from. [redacted] have not send me any of the merchandise that I ordered from him to work at home. I have since wrote him a letter asking why was it taking so long to receive the Merchandise. To this date, he have not answer my letter and now I'm thinking that he's running a scam. One can only listen to his telephone message at (619-760-0570)but a person cannot speak to anyone on the phone. I have tried to email him but it doesn't seem to go through. I also believe his email addresses are phony. I am unable to reach anyone at this Company neither by phone nor email. Your System advised me that the email is invalid. The emails I have for this Company is as follows: [redacted] and [redacted]. I desire a refund of my $139.00 Thank you.Desired Settlement: [redacted] can send me my refund and don't expect me to do business with him in the future.I truly believes that he and his Company scams the general public and should be apprehended andtaken to jail.

Review: Back on June 3, 2015, I purchased through [redacted] the Money Mailer Program-Income Group #5 for $399. They sent me 500 letters to send to 500 names and addresses which they provided with envelopes. They said that I would make $10 for each envelope that I send out. I sent those 500 envelopes right away, and now it is November of 2015, and I have yet to receive a dollar for my efforts! I sent emails to the company and [redacted] responded and asked for my Code Number to which I gave him. After several weeks of not hearing from him, I sent another email about the same issue, and [redacted] responded by telling me to contact my Business Coach to get the answer. I was never given any Coach since I signed up. I sent another email stating that, and never received another response ever again! I made phone calls to the number on the website for three days straight every hour of each day and all I got were ring tones over and over again and no Voicemail. Their website is now offline and there are numerous complaints against this company, so now I know for sure that this was a scam. All I am asking for is a refund for the three money amounts that I had to pay this company. I would like a refund for the $399 for the money mailer program, a refund for the initial $99 I had to pay, and a refund for the postage I had to put on all 500 envelopes that went no where, which was $245. So the total amount that I would like refunded is: $743. Thank you very much.Desired Settlement: The business has a responsibility to refund me the total amount of money that I paid them since they were not able to provide me with the services that they originally stated in their sales letter. I would like a refund for: $743. I have the receipts and documents to provide for proof, if needed.

Review: On May 4th, 2015, I have receivd a package from Balboa Mailing Company about becoming an Independent Home Worker. I have read the directions and did as follow. I have folded and stuffed 99 envelopes and added my code [redacted] to the documents, and then I had brought $49.00 worth of postage to place on the 99 envelopes. I then mailed them out as directed. Meanwhile, two weeks went by and I have not yet receive a paycheck or my second package. I then called the number that was included with my package, just to hear an answering service telling me about how I can start working for them. From the letter that came with my package along with the answering service both informed me that I would then receive my own personal businss coach that would supply me with a number and to continue to help me out with my work. Still, I have heard nothing. It's been now one month and one week since I mailed out the envelopes and still have not received any paycheck or my second package, or to hear from my personal business coach. I was told that I would receive back my $49.00 postage guaranteed along with the $99.00 deposit on my first package which was group one, I have sent them a copy of my postage receipt so that I can be reinbursed of the $49.00 that I have spent for postage. I have spent over $148.00 out of my pocket to work from home and yet received nothing. I now come to you for help. I wanted to take advantage of this oppertunity to work from home because of my health issues. I can't afford to lose this money because I have a set income.Desired Settlement: I feel that I should'nt have to wait for nine paychecks in order to recive my money back guaranteed of $148.00, when the company have'nt live up to their part of the contract, which I have signed and mailed it back to Baboa Mailing Company. All that I ask is for the company to send me back my funds of $148.00. Thank you for your consideration to this matter and I'll be waiting for your response. Again, thank you in advance.[redacted] code: [redacted]

Review: I received a paper from Balboa Mailing to mail stuff for them. It stated that they would furnish ALL supplies including postage. It stated that when you received a paycheck they would send fresh supplies. When 1st supplies came there was instructions that didn't coincide with original letter. So I wrote them and told them I want my money back because they falsely stated. I stated in letter that the original stated I would get new supplies every check I received and did not say I would have to pay for them. Also, the original stated they would always pay postage, but in rules and instructions states initial postage would be paid with the 9th check. Sounds to me they don't pay all postage. I believe this to be false advertisement or mail fraud. I stated in my letter to please refund my money and postage if they were not going to honor their original letter content. They said the money ask for in the beginning was to know a person was serious about doing. It also stated supplies would be sent priority mail within 3 days. My check cleared 9-10 and didn't receive til 9-21.I completed and mailed on 9-22. As of today, 11/10, I have never received a dime.Desired Settlement: Original money I paid plus the money I paid for postage. Total $148.

Review: I received a letter in the mail, from Balboa Mailing Co. I returned the flyer with $99.00 for the required information. this was Sept. 29, 2015. I received a large envelope with information, and asking for more money for a list of names. On Oct. 25, 2015 I sent a check for $150.00. I have tried to contact them, by phone , e-mail, and postal mail. no response of any kind. I'm out $249.00 and nothing to show for it. I would like an apology and my money returned. I'm a widow on a fixed income. They made promises they had no intention of fulfilling.Desired Settlement: a full refund, Asap

Review: In September of 2015 I signed an agreement with Balboa Mailing Company. The initial payment was for $299.00. I did receive my first set of letters, not enough, envelopes and pre-addressed labels. In a rather timely fashion, they were sent out, within the suggested time frame. On September 9, 2015 I sent them an email with no response. When I did not hear anything from them, or receive my second shipment, the concerns of being scammed started entering my mind. I called the telephone number and all you could do was to listen to a canned speech, You were unable to leave a message. On October 22nd I e-mailed them and asked them if there was a problem getting my second shipment. No response. Besides the initial payment of $299.00, I am asking for a refund of all ancillary expenses, as follows: paying for extra copies $2.00, rubber stamps $41.83, postage $196.00. That all comes to a grand total of $541.83. In my last email to the company, I did thank them for the education and that I was not impressed!

I do have a name of [redacted] that was on one of the letter heads.Desired Settlement: If the business is not out of business, PLEASE shut them down and have them punished to the fullest extent of the law in California.

Review: On March 26, 2015 we sent Balboa $199.00 for a packet to mail letters from home. On April 7,2015 we sent them another $ 98.50 for another 200 letters to send out. Then we sent another 200 letters on our own printing. According on their literature in the first letter, there was a possibility of getting a 100% return. This we knew better, but we did expect at least 3%. So far we have received absolutely nothing. I talked to their coach today By the name of [redacted] and she came up with one letter that had been returned out of 600 letters that had been sent out. We have been in this mailing business long enough to think this is really an insult to our thinking. I know that after we had paid the first $199.00 on the packet they said there would be no refunds which was sort of an insult in it's self. I would like to get back our $297.50 that we paid them. We would like to also get the postage we have spent mailing 600 letters, but I am sure that is not possible.

Thank You

[redacted]Desired Settlement: Repaid for the $297.50 we paid for the program and if possible $288.00 for the postage we spent to mail their letters.
