We have reviewed Mr [redacted] 's complaint He should contact [redacted] Spa's for any warranty claims or additional technical support, including replacement of the module and any refund of his money, as that is who he purchased the product from As an OEM manufacturer, Balboa provides support to our customers and works with them to resolve issues and concerns From time to time, Balboa does respond to consumer calls, but if the product was not purchased directly from Balboa, then any warranty issue (i.e- non working product) as Mr [redacted] 's is directed back to the place of purchase He should contact [redacted] Spa's - [redacted] *** If required, [redacted] Spas will open a warranty claim with Balboa for any replacement of the module in question.Sincerely, [redacted] Balboa Water Group

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me...although it is not an approach I would take if I ran the business. It seems that they are deferring customers to a company that is not the expert with their product and allowing that third p;arty to determine the faith of whether the customer is satisfied with their product or not. Having said that, I will work with the vendor that I bought this product from, but I will likely stay away from Balboa products in the future.
