On July I gave ASI a star review because they failed to follow up and take action to quote a replacement fan motor for my LENNOX A/C unit This day delay during the summer months was unacceptable I believed that I received an unsatisfactory response when I contacted their service desk and subsequently sent a note to their Vice President (link on the ASI web site) The Vice President called me back the very next day and after discussing the issue I received an apology The Vice President stepped in and ensured that my part was expedited over night delivery for installation the next day After noting that my A/C system was installed less than five years ago the cost of the part and installation was conducted at no cost under warrantyI spent about $14,in for ASI to install a new furnace, tankless water heater (which I believe they no longer do), and the A/C unit Although I had this initial bad experience, the leadership moved very quickly in the right direction to resolve the situation The repair work was done by [redacted] , QC Supervisor He was on time, professional and I was extremely satisfied with his work Thank you ASI for listening to the customer and for taking quick action on this issue I am impressed
