We are sorry for the issues [redacted] is having with his installationWe have discussed with [redacted] and will not repair his installationI understand that he has installed in the past, but the humid conditions we are currently experiencing are part of his issuesIf we installed the floor, we would be happy to repairDue to the following , we will not repair the floor:- Moisture test was not done on the floor.- Dehumidifier is not being used- Proper boards were not selected during installation[redacted] ***-Owner
