02/24/We preformed termite service for this customer $plus tax Customer was happy and I was glad we could helpI have worked well with this person beforeThe termite contract we hold on this property comes with an annual renewal that is not obligatory to the customer but I am obligated
to offerI have explained this before02/01/we sent a termite renewal for this service customer and it was paid in april 04/05/late but no problem it happensand as I said we we liked this customerUnsure when renewal was sent but received very angry reply from customer Mrs*** *** that we had sent her a bill and to stopI remember most of our conversation was done through textingThis lady who I had worked so well with in the past was genuinely mad at me thought we were scamming herI tried to explain that they did not have to pay the renewal offer after two years it would cancel and they would not hear from me again about this propertyI told them both in text and phone calls( how many I don't recall) that there was no obligation to pay on there part but I'm obligated to offer itI also told them to ignore the offerIt is our habit to offer for two years before canceling do to the real cost in the beginning(you can imagine after years in the business I have my reasons, most had happy endings) unfortunately when the renewals were sent in the ***s showed up as due for cancelThese we try to react to very quickly*** my techactually took several renewals to hand deliver not all late some were to new owners others to folks that the phone numbers no longer worked*** is deaf but can communicate well(I personally would like to know how many other companies would take the time effort to prove their commitment to customer service by driving invoices out to customers to head off cancels) the renewal the ***s would have received would have showed due for two years the renewal does look like an invoice because if the customer wishes they can choose to pay off of the info on itI'm sure they will choose not to pay it and the contract will die ending my obligation to continue to serve themI have made special notes on their history to stop any further contact
