Bald Mountain Auto Sales

Review: I went to them because they are local... told them right up front I needed inexpensive but reliable vehicle for my daughter... bought a car that broke after 3 miles - THREE.... so went back to them to explain that the brake lines were bad, gas gauge did not work, rims were bent causing flat tires, etc and that while I knew they sold it "as is" they did not disclose ANY issues and said it was a great car for a student. MY DAUGHTER COULD HAVE DIED WITH NO BRAKES!!!!! The owner ([redacted]) said he did not do business that way and would "make it right" so the Damon's Shop fixed the car... well upon going to pick up the car THEY authorized work to be done on I was informed I owed for repairs because Bald Mountain Auto REFUSED to pay for the entire billAn "as is" documents is not different in Court than a verbal agreement to pay for the repairs. I am attempting to be reimbursed via Revdex.com before filing legal action.Desired Settlement: Refund of the amount paid to Taylor's Collision Center for the work authorized by Bald Mountain Auto for which they then refused to pay for - leaving me with the bill!
