To begin, it is clear that the various responses from the business are being written by different people, as judged by the profound difference in grammarBecause it seems that are different people handling the situation, there seems to be different and inaccurate reports of what happenedThe business did not attempt to call meInstead, I received several rude texts that it was inappropriate to respond to after filing a police reportI was not offered a replacement screen - I was told that I could pay for a replacementIt did not seem logical to give the business more money after they not only damaged my computer, but physically assaulted me during my encounter with themAt this point, I would like resolution, rather than to continue going back and forth - as it seems the business cannot keep a clear account of what happenedI would like my money back because the service was executed poorly, not as promised, and the business essentially pulled a bait-and-switchI will return the screen once I receive a refund.

To Whom It May Concern: This customer contacted us in regards to repairing her computer for same day service, where we charged her $Unfortunately the screens we had in stock were not compatible with her computer so we offered the customer a refurbished screen and she acceptedWithin two
hours the job was done and we contacted the customer for payment where she provided her credit card information to make a payment over the phoneConsidering we are in midtown there is no parking so the customer asked for us to bring the computer downstairsOnce downstairs the technician handed over the computer to the client and she was not happy with the refurbished screenAt that point she refused to sign the credit card receipt and threatened to do a charge back with her credit card companyThe technician at that point realized the customer was trying to get away with not paying for the work that was already done to the computerWe even offered the customer to stay with the refurbished screen until her original screen arrived and she refusedIt was evident that the customer at this point just didn’t want to pay for any service and was trying to get her computer repaired for free and stealing servicesThe technician tried to get the computer back and put his arm in the window to stop her from getting away without paying and she repeatedly kept bringing the window up to squeeze his arm, the continuous action caused a bruise on the technicians armThe technician began to record the whole encounter as the customer repeatedly pushed the technician away and attempted to drive offAs she drove off he made sure to get video of the make and model of her car along with the license plateAfter this encounter my technician immediately went to the police and showed them the video along with the bruise, explained to them the situation and advised them of this customer that was stealing servicesThe police officer advised my technician to keep record of the video and to wait for the customer to do a charge back to file a reportWe have the video available if neededThank you

The account submitted from the business did not accurately depict the encounter. The technician did not offer to allow me to keep the refurbished screen while a new one was ordered, as I had dropped my computer off under the impression that a new one was what I would be receiving. Instead, I made the request for a new screen and told him I would be satisfied if it was swapped out, as I would not have dropped my computer off had the business been honest with me. The technician refused and became hostile at my suggestion. At this point, I discontinued attempting to explain to him why I was upset (as the business had failed to deliver several services promised - a new laptop screen as well as same-day service at no additional charge). The technician completely lost professionalism and I felt extremely threatened by his physical advances, as I am a 4 foot 9 inch, 95 pound female. The technician was forceful in reaching into my car. It was extremely violating that his hands were in my car, touching me and pushing my window further open. Upon filing a police report, it was brought to my attention that this encounter can be considered attempted assault. The technician did not subside despite my repeated requests of, 'Sir, please stop' - all caught on video.Upon further researching the company when I got home, I found that it operates under several DBAs, all with many negative reviews - some of them even detailing the poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and similarly unpleasant encounters. The majority of reviews indicate poor quality products, as well as individuals having their products damaged by the technicians work.If needed, a copy of the police report and video of the technician's physical advances can be provided.

Reply to the last addition: We try to workout things with the seller, but she refuse to workout with us, since she didn't like the refurbished screen we offer her to keep the refurbished one until we get the new one, she said no, we also offer to install the broken one back and give the money back, her answer was not, it is very obvious that she needs the computer that day to finish some work pending on the computer. We did the work the same day and also told the customer about the refurbished screen before we install it, she agree with that. We got a charge back from the seller also and we summit all the proof we have and it went to our favor. We know that the customer is always right, but in this case, the customer is abusing of the situation. also we tried to call the customer several times and there was not answer for her at all. -- Sincerely Bnytech Inc.
