First of all let me start with we did sign a contract.  The day she sign it she also put on it the down payment she stated the she could not copy it so she would geta copy to me. I've done other work with her for less money and we always had a contract. We protected her kitchen with a vapor...

I have 3 workers that can verify this.  My respose to her saying that all I did was gut the kitchen is we had to  demo the walls , ceiling and floor which took me and my men 3weeks. The walls had plaster, metal lath, drywall. insulation, and geramic tile. The floor had 4 layers. As far as the cabinets she choose them after personnally going with me to menards to pick thgem out. You can verify with the sales rep from menards.   My labor and cost which included the cabinets exceeded the monies she paid me but because she was a family friend I let it go. If she contiues with this I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION. We also did  other things for her like disconnected her appliances empty her refrideator, stove and relocate and reconnect. There are other circumstances that also came into play. As far as the delays that is her biggest lie. I tried reaching her numerous times which I can prove with phone records.
