I spoke with *** from the company and he stated that he is willing to go out there as long as all parties who were involved are there *** *** who is no longer an employee, needs to be there since he is the one that was there at the initial installation and had contact with the

Review: Balducci built a home for us and completed the construction in fall 2013. At the time of final cleaning of the home, the foreman informed me that the cleaning was completed but there is glue residues on the large windows and he will need to call the window cleaning company back. Once it was all complete, there was still what was described as glue residue left on the windows. These windows are at about 10' height and can't be reached without a ladder and I therefore informed Balducci that it is o.k. and I will take care of that "glue residue" when the windows get cleaned next time. About 1 year later, in October 2014 I cleaned all the windows and noticed that the "glue" did not come off. After inspection and trying of various glass cleaners it became obvious that it was not glue residues but scratches instead. Now for several months Balducci re-scheduled a meeting with me (various excuses why they needed to reschedule) and the last meeting was cancelled as I was informed that the foreman, who left Balducci, needs to be part of that meeting. Since that foreman is no longer an employee of Balducci they will not be willing to meet with me to investigate the root cause of these scratches. A company should not avoid to take care of customer obligations because a former employee left. Balducci is responsible to take care of me as a customer and not their former employee. Please try resolve this issue as I have been brushed off for about 3 months now. Thank you very much.Desired Settlement: Replacement of damaged windows
