Chrystell is thorough and professional at doing the seminars and though we had been dreading and putting off attending one, she quickly put us at ease and made it so we felt comfortable and actually glad to be putting things in order. We had a meeting with her after and she was so helpful at assisting us with the details and decisions. It is reassuring to know that we and our closest loved ones will not have to endure making decisions and handling everything at such a stressful time. We appreciate her very much and highly recommend her.

Chrystell met us on a stormy day in The Villages at what was a seminar but everyone but us canceled. She was very knowledgeable, warm and helpful!! On a scale of 1-10 we would give her a 12. Thank you for your help and caring attitude

This was a very positive experience for my brother sister-in-law and me. We went to the initial meeting looking to make a plan for me and in the end they decided to do it as well. I am especially happy to have this in place in order to make my passing an easier experience for my family when the time comes . Luann P was very helpful in guiding us through this process.
