We had a appt on 3/at 9:am...no one called...I contacted owner at 11:am ..he was surprised that tech did not arrive...he owner said he'd be at my place within the hr...at 1:pm no one called or showed up...I taken my daughter to the park...we returned home about 2:pm and low and behold to guys waiting at my front door to perform work...for a company with a better than average rating

Tried to get tv mounted and surround sound after recieving quote They do not communicate very well Had to use another service Maybe others will have better luck

Paid Texas Light and Sound $2,to install a wall mount in our living room for our tv, and install a new projector and screen in our media room After uses, the projector quit working Contacted Ivor on multiple occasions to try and have him come out and repair or replace the projector He agreed to replace the projector, but kept coming up with multiple excuses as to why he could not show up After weeks of back and forth with no working projector, we ended up removing the projector ourselves and discovered that while we paid for a brand new projector, what he installed was used/refurbished Ivor agreed to reimburse us for the amount we paid for the projector, but has failed to do so, in spite of several attempts on our part to return the projector to him and collect our reimbursement
