During my installation process MsJenny W*** was my servicing point of contactMsW*** was always very pleasant on the phone, returned my phone calls promptly and contacted me on a regular basis to give me an update on when I could expect the hookupWhen I made the initial inquiry MsW*** advised I needed to contact the company and request the service at least weeks before I would be completed with the constructionThis was GREAT information that I would not been aware ofMsW*** kept me informed of any delays due to weather and when weather permitted the crew was there as promised and made quick work in completing the jobThe gentleman in charge of the installation was extremely nice and willing to answer any and all questionsHe gave us the does and don't and thanked us for letting their company service us
Both these employees should be commended

Had them come out to pump my septic tank and they only did one side or half the tankthey did not even fill the hole backtwo weeks later I had it backing up again and I figured that the field lines were bad, it was not until I had the Heath dept and an engineering come out and they let me know that BCSS only did half the jobI consider them crooks

BCSS NO SEWER PUMP, NO SEPTIC TANK, AND NO GRINDER PUMPI JUST DON'T GET IT, MY CRAP RUNS DOWN HILL SENSE MY HOUSE IS UP HIGH, AND IN PLANTATION HILLS WE HAVE THE HIGHEST SEWER BILLS $A MONTH IN MY OPINION THAT IS REDIULOUS AND I AM SURE IT WILL GO HIGHERI DON,T KNOW WHAT I WILL DO AT RETIREMENT

BCSS installed my sewer system in February of without any issues The system seems to be working fine The cost to have this done was much less than if I had chosen a plumberSo far, so good Time will tell about system performance and customer service performance

I was very satisfied with the overall service of BCSS and each of their employees that I came in contact with I have a heavily landscaped yard and the installation area where the tank had to go with the grinder pump required hand digging so as not to disturb the plants They were able to bore underground to an area close to the installation site and finish the project without damaging any of the surrounding plants
I can say, without hesitation, that in my years of living in south Baldwin County, this is one of the very few vendors and/or contractors I would recommend without hesitation to family, friends or total strangers Their service and attitude of all their employees are to be commended

BCSS has a single monopoly on the sewage treatment of largely all Baldwin CountyIt is privately ownedThe rates are excessive for waste disposal, and if your account becomes deficient for more than one payment, via accident or unique circumstance the BCSS policy is a $reconnectTo be clearBCSS will turn a breaker off in the power supplyPlace a small lock on the boxThen charge back fees, and $to unlock said box and turn breaker back onGiven citizens of larger Baldwin county have no alternatives BCSS can overcharge and implement these outrageous rates without any scrutiny or oversite by the local municipality Hopefully letters and correspondence with local legislature can help to reduce BCSS unfair monopolistic rates and policies on

I have used BCSS on several business occasions and they have always been very professional. I have recently acquired their services for my personal home and am equally happy. I would recommend them.

Timely, professional, personable and by the book. Took great care of my property even going to the effort to replant one of my bushes that had to be originally dug up. After installation of my sewer system, the BCSS team kept asking if everything was OK and was I satisfied. They took great pride in their work and also their relationship with me.
