Review: Dear Sirs;

I am writing to explain that I had pre-purchased in full on July 09, 2013 a custom made suit from Balwin Fabric and Tailoring company of [redacted] for the amount of $750.00.

I was promised a delivery date of September 09th, 2013. Since then I have not received my suit.

The tailor refuses to return my telephone calls. He also refuses to tell me when the suit will be finished or what is the delay. I met with Mr. Baldwin on September 09, 2013 to discuss the matter as to why my suit was not finished. I was promised a "drop-dead" date of October 01, 2013.

It is now October 01, 2013 and I still have not received my suit.

So I am filing a complaint of "non-delivery of products."Desired Settlement: Dear Sirs:

I would like to resolve this issue with a full and frank explanation of why my suit is not finished and as to when I can expect to see my order.

Since the owner of the shop refuses to return my telephone calls I would like someone to intervene on my behalf.
