Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: If they could not do the job right in the first place how can I trust them at all..Now I am out of a car which is my only transportation..The vehicle hardly used any oil at all ;; They are theones who told us to tow it in not usI have estimates from them ..funny how they found more problemson their second diagnosis and wanted bucks moreIm sure Im not the only dissatisfied customer Sincerely, [redacted] ***

They have been complaining about these issues We have tried and tried to get them to bring the vehicle back in so we can check the issue, and they haven't We've explained that if it's something we've done we will stand behind it, but we need the vehicle here to check it Last time they called they were going to have it towed in We said if we are responsible, we will cover the tow bill, but if not, they will need to cover it This is under her boyfriend, Bill Slayton We found the pulley was bad when we replaced the belt, so we replaced that We saw it still had numerous oil leaks when we test drove it It has engine blow by, so there were still other issues we advised the customers of, but they didn't want to go any further We have explained every time they have called and let them know we would take care of the problems if we are responsible and would regardless let them know what we find
