Thank it was not Jan 11, nor did they send me any information about damagesI did request that in writingI don't know who said I moved out on the *** notified them of service change

I received the letter regarding a complaint per Ms. [redacted], unfortunately she did owe the rent for January as she didn't move out until January 11, 2016. Therefore, she was charged for the full month. There were some small issues with the apartment and if she would like to discuss those issues...
