integrity in my business means so much to me. I believe if you will check my record that you will find it out standing as we have been in business for about 36 years. I do feel that I have done everything possible to please, and in fact I have gone overboard to please in this matter. I could give you a list of hundreds of dollars I have spent on this vehicle , but I just could not seem to please. If you feel a list of parts are necessary I would be glad to provide it. In defense of the man that no longer works for me I would like to say that he was a good mechanic and he did try to please. I do hate the way this customer feels, but my conscience is clear as I did do my best to please. Owner; Michael D. Review: Bought vehicle there in June of 2013 noticed car vibrating when driven at certain speeds. Took back to Baldwin's and was told it was the tire was unbalanced and was an easy fix. Baldwin's claimed they balanced the tire and rotated them. Still was vibrating, took it back again and was told they would fix it. I have taken this vehicle five times working on six times now and each time it's getting worse and worse. Told them the car stalls when A/C has been running for a while expressed this to Baldwin's and the mechanic told me that he called another business to ask about this issue and was told that business told him to tell me that they had never heard of this issue and to give me the vehicle and tell me I was crazy. I called that business and they stated they never said anything of the sort. I was not given a courtesy vehicle to get me to work and was told they would take me to work, when I expressed the time they indicated I better find another ride because they weren't open that early. They have not fixed the issue and it's getting worse. They don't seem to care if I'm out of a vehicle or not or even fixing the issue.Desired Settlement: I want them to take it to another mechanic and have that business fix it properly at Baldwin's expense, or refund my down payment, or replace this defective vehicle with another vehicle off their lot with the same payment I would be paying and allow me to have it checked by another mechanic.

Per [redacted] resolution request on Monday August 12, 2013 we took back the vehicle , refunded in full her down payment and also refunded her taxes.

Review: I've been taking my vehicle back and forth for a year now trying to get the things that I reported wrong with vehicle fixed before warranty ran out and nothing gets fixed. The problems they say they have fixed, as soon as I leave with vehicle and get less than a mile away the same problems are still present and I want to know why noone there can fix my vehicle to the way it is supposed to be.....not to the way they say is normal. One person who used to work on it all the time is no longer there which is probably a good thing because I caught him lying to me on numerous occasions.Desired Settlement: Just want it fixed correctly
