Review: Baldwinsville Seamless Gutters installed gutters on my house which have two problems:1. Seal the joints which were not sealed and leak.2. Install additional supports on one long downspout which whistles in the wind.Three appointments to correct these issues have not been kept.Desired Settlement: Fix the two complaint items described.

Review: Last Summer, we hired [redacted] of Baldwinsville Seamless gutters to install gutters on our house. This was done to our satisfaction.

In April 2013 he gave me a quote of $200 to do some repairs on the gutters he had installed in the back of my house due to ice damage. I was away when he came to do the repairs. He charged my husband $275.

Again in April he came back out to install a new gutter along the front of the house as the gutter had come down due to ice damage which he charged us $460. At the same time he put in more brackets on the gutters in the back of the house which he told me would be free-of-charge. When done, he charged me $65 to do this. Also, and at the same time, he said he would take the leaves out of the gutters in the back of the house for free. He charged me $35 to do this, which took him less than 5 minutes to do.

I was very upset at having paid him $95 for a service that he said would be free.

I called him and explained this to him. He said that he would come over and drop off the $95 on a certain date which never happened. I called him back, and he said he would come over with the $95 again on a certain date. We went through this about 3 times with the result being that we never received our money.

I was willing to settle for $95 and would dismiss the $75 extra that he had charged my husband from the quote he had given me. As he has gone back on his word numerous times, I feel that he owes me a total of $170 - $95 which was supposed to be a free-of-charge service and $75 for the overcharge on what he had quoted me.

His motto, which he told me a number of times, was that “I always take care of my customers.” I feel that he is nothing but a con man who repeatedly went back on his word (or his quote to do the work).Desired Settlement: I would like my $170 that [redacted] has cheated me out of: the $95 which was supposed to be free-of-charge and the $75 overcharge on his quote to us for a total of $170

Review: I hired [redacted] to replace gutter screens and clean out gutters. I paid him for this transaction. He went to get materials and did not return for over 4 hours. He completed this job and then expressed a concern for my side gutters which he said were split and needed to be replaced. I then gave him a second check for $250 to buy the additional materials and complete. He said he would return the next day to complete this job and he has not come back since. That check was written in June 2014 and it is now Sept. 2014. I have called him numerous times and get either his answering machine or that the machine is not taking calls. I was able to reach him one day in JUly and he promised to come by soon. I didn't believe this for a second. He went on to say that he had a lot of personal problems to deal with. I never pay ahead of time. However this time I was under the false impression that my neighbor had used his service very successfully in the past. Unfortunately I had the wrong contractor. I have been taken by this man and would like my $250 dollars back. From what I have read on this site, he is non responsive to calls. However, this complaint may help others who are thinking about hiring him.Desired Settlement: Return my $250

Review: I hired [redacted] from Baldwinsville Seamless Gutter (also known [redacted] S Gutter) to put gutters on my house in the fall of 2012. He gave me an estimate, and I gave him a deposit for $2000 that very day. After many phone calls and false promises, it is apparent that I have been taken. The promises have stopped, now he doesn't even answer my calls.Desired Settlement: I wish to have my money back so that I can hire a new contractor and move on.

very unreliable, several no shows to perform contracted work. Work not done as they say they did. [redacted] owner AKA D.R. Thomas Ent. promises the world and does not deliver. Prices quoted verbally will change. Get written price quotes and list ALL work to be done. Best advice is avoid this company.

Review: Contractor has not completed gutter installation and refuses to return calls. I call him daily and occasionally get hold of him, often only by using a different phone than my own. He has promised to complete the job tomorrow, the next day, next week, etc at least 15 times. He was paid by me short $100 in mid-January. He has completed approximately half the work. Lack of complete gutter system is damaging new lawn.Desired Settlement: Preference if for him to complete the job. Second preference is return of 1/2 payment.

Company not worth your time or money after you pay them they won't return to fix problems with their gutter installations been trying to get them back for 3 yrs they say there going to show up but never do . Water flows over in parts and in parts doesn't come out of downspouts on one side and pours out other end. Gutters installed with wrong slope
