My sales rep from Balehr was very knowledgeable about my medical device and the service was greatI've received products for my back from other companies but no one has ever spent this much time with me to show me how to use the device and to make sure that I was ok to use it on my ownI've referred other patients that I go to therapy with to this company!

Review: I was referred to Balehr Medical Devices by my chiropractor, February 17th 2015 I was contacted regarding my stim unit for back pain. I was told I was getting a $1300 Iwave device and that my insurance covered all but 149.89 I paid this portion immediately.I than was told I would receive an email with a tracking number. I waited 2 weeks never heard anything. I reached out to the Vice President of the company via email and was told they went to the wrong house and would drop it off on wednesday. Wednesday came around I was given a $30.00 machine not the one I was told I would be getting. I then emailed the Vice president and was told the representative delivered me the wrong unit hard to believe had my name and correct address on it. Anyways I said I would like the machine I was promised and he agreed to send me the new device and give me a tracking number. Another 2 weeks passed I emailed asking for the tracking number a was told "your insurance doesn't cover this device your out of network" suddenly out of network? And he gave me 3 reasonable options return unit for full refund, keep unit and 3 months supply and $100 returned to me, or pay $195 a month to rent the unit I was suppose to get. I was decent and went with the second option. I couldn't wait for a new device I was in pain. I emailed my reply with the refund of 100$ option and was told by ** the Vice president that it was personally refunded by him and will be in my account in 3-5 days it wasn't this week will be 2 weeks of no refund and no response from the Vice president I'm now on this site seeking help in getting a refund promised to me. I feel this was an insurance scam that I caught onto for I was referred by my chiropractor as he said since you already meet your deductible.Desired Settlement: I'm requesting that I be refunded the $100.00 I was over charged and promised to have returned to me by the Vice president ** Retuya I have the statements and emails pertaining to this agreement. I have been very patient and now am seeking help from outside sources. Thank you
