Review: On or about April **, 2015, my disabled (minor)daughter purchased a pair of $665.00 dollar shoes offline (rouge/bordeaux sprayed. The customer ID[redacted] and the send sale [redacted]. The salesperson Ling (Las Vegas?) [redacted]. The shoes were delivered to our home on April [redacted]. I immediately called to get information on returning the shoe. I ended up speaking to Lin who told me she would not return the shoe. I explained my daughter was a disabled minor and she purchased the shoes without our permission. She told me there were no returns/she also had her manager to call me and she advised the same. I then tried calling headquarters explaining there was a return policy. I was told Leslie D[redacted], VP New York would call when she returned from (2 weeks vacation). We waited but she never called. My husband Michael and I made numerous calls and e-mails and no one called us. My husband became ill and had to have immediate surgery. My focus was then turned to him. I recently contacted an attorney who told me to contact the Revdex.com because his services would cost us more than the shoe. We are a working class family. I am first to say my daughter had no business making that kind of purchase. I also thinks the company should have checked first to confirm they were not dealing with a minor and they should honor their return policy. I guess they are so used to dealing with upscale clients because Ling advised me she assists teenagers that are black card holders all the time. I do not think the company cares about the average work and customer service is very poor. We are now stuck with these expensive shoes that we cannot do anything with. We refused to give them to my daughter. These shoes would get her robbed or killed in the community in which we live.Desired Settlement: We are seeking your assistance to return the shoe (same as the day we received it) and obtain a full refund.

Review: Balenciaga states in their on line term policy that the customer can

return any product within 20 days from delivery date. They refused to

let me return a perfume I ordered. I explained (twice) that I only

sprayed once, and the fragerance made me sneeze and gave me an

immedient headache. Also, there was no seal on the bottle.Desired Settlement: refund
