Review: Dominic B[redacted] was hired to replace a sill and two sets of steps on a front of a small commercial building, Mr B[redacted] was to remove the threshold and cement under so it could support the new threshold for a new aluminum front. When the work was complete I asked about the threshold and mr baeno said they were able to get the cement under with out removing it. When the new front went in we discovered that there was a bid void with no cement to support the new threshold plus he did not remove the old step that, making the new step less than an inch thick . When I contact Mr B[redacted], he never remembers that being said and that do it yourself.Desired Settlement: come back and remove the steps and re-pour new steps.
