I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint This situation is far from over, and it continually getting worse! They emailed me a *** ** shipping label, and I dropped the box with a $ring in the only box in my town, but now *** ** cannot locate my box! I have to create a claim for them to find it, and it may take up weeks! ALL OF THIS because Baflour has poor quality control and handed my daughter a ring with a missing diamond! After she waited months for the ring! So no, this is not resolved

The customer has advised us that she placed the *** return envelope in a non-*** drop box and at this point the ring has not been returned to us.We have contacted the customer and advised her that a new ring has been entered into production on an expedited basis and will be shipped to her ASAP at no chargeThe customer has indicated that she is satisfied with this resolution.Clyde W***, Vice President - Legal Affairs
