Let's see if this can get someone's attention who works for Balfour. I purchased my College Senior Ring and was drafted on the 25th of February for almost $2,000 which was paid in full. Why was my bank account drafted again today for the same amount!?!? I NEED TO PAY MY BILLS AND YOU JUST WRONGFULLY DRAFTED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY APPROVAL! You just stole $2,000 from my bank account!

Our sales office, located in Garland Texas, provides products for local High Schools only. This sales office does not provide College products. I have forwarded your complaint to the Balfour College Division in Austin TX, as they will have the information regarding your order. You will receive a response from them.
I ordered 2 jewelry pieces 11/30/2019, and only received 1. I tried to contact Balfour on 3 occasions to check the status without satisfaction.
I ordered 2 items, Order ID#XXXXXX on 11/30/2019. I received 1 item I ordered but the graduation charm necklace did not come with that shipment. I have tried to contact Balfour twice by email and twice by phone since that time, and have been unable to reach them to check the status of my order. It has been 4-6 weeks since the order, and I'm concerned I may not get it.
I want what I ordered from them.
We received this Revdex.com notice on January 15, 2020. Our sales office strictly services High Schools in the DFW area, so this is an item we did not have record of in our office.
After calling our corporate office (X-XXX-XXX-XXXX) to research this order, it's my understanding this was an order placed at www.balfour.com for Texas Womens University and was processed by the online college division at Balfour. The information I was provided by the college division:
Charms ship typically 4-6 weeks (customer has received)
The charm necklace shipping is typically 6-8 weeks and will be shipping by the end of this month.

Although I appreciate the information that the necklace will be shipped by the end of this month, it does not explain why it is so difficult to get a response from them without having to resort to Revdex.com. The information on their website gives an email address and the same toll-free number listed in the response. I had sent two emails to them asking the status of my order and never received an answer back. Also, before filing the complaint, I called the toll-free number on two separate occasions and the automated answering said the operator was not available and disconnected me. The last sentence in their response says to redirect the complaint to Balfour-College, but as I've stated before, I was unsuccessful in contacting that division. I will be pleased to respond positively once I have received the merchandise I ordered, but I will be not be ordering online from Balfour again.
I received my order today, January 29. I received a phone call from Mary with Balfour on Monday, January 27 advising me my order would be expedited. Mary was very friendly and helpful in bring me up to date and apologized for the problem with communication with Balfour. She verified my email address and sent a tracking number for the item. What started as a very anxious and dissatisfied customer has turned into a happy and satisfied one. Thank you Revdex.com for your interaction and ability to turn the situation around.
