4-20-17ID [redacted] Date 4-5-17Thank you for letting me respond to this complaintWhen [redacted] and her mother ordered the contact lenses I explained that these are custom made contact lenses and will take extra time.My records indicate the contact lenses were ordered on 3-9-and arrived on 4-10-17.While this is an unusually log time, it is not the weeks that Mrs [redacted] is stating.The contacts have been picked up wiht my apology for taking so longAnd extra pair has been ordered for next time.Thank you for the advice on better handling complaintsI showed this to my staff and I’m sure they will handle complaints better in the future.Again, thank you for allowing me to respond to this complaint.SIncerely,Walter *B [redacted]
