Review: I had ordered a dress from this store in feb.2013. she([redacted]) had sent the wrong dress, told me to keep it till she sent the right dress. it is now january 2014 and I have still to get the correct dress. she kept in contact with me during this time but as of dec.18 2013 she has yet to reply to any of my messages. she told me she would not give me a refund because I have had the dress to long, but the only reason I couldnt return it was because she didnt provide me with a return address on the packaging.so now im stuck with this dress I didnt order and cant get my money back since I dont have a return address. also the address I provided is old im not sure that she has a store anymore in california, & the number goes to voicemail. please let me know if there is anything I can do to. thanks so much for taking the time to read this.Desired Settlement: I would love to get a refund. if she would like the dress back I can mail it but dont want to pay for shipping charges.
