1. When I purchased the vehicle I have been explicitly told by the dealership and also they have shown to me official Subaru documentation that stated engine oil in my car will be changed every 7500 miles and not sooner. I was given paperwork that stated the fact and I signed my initials on it. When I asked the dealership's personnel to confirm that the engine oil will not be required to be changed at more frequent intervals than 7500 miles I was explicitly told by the dealership's personnel that it is true and the engine oil in my car will need to be changed only at 7500 miles and not sooner. However, this turned out to be completely not true: my car loses more than 1 quart of oil after driving less than 6000 miles (as demonstrated during the last oil change at the dealership) and I am required to change the missing oil at intervals significantly shorter than promised 7500 miles. This forces me to pay more money than expected and waste my time scheduling and bringing my car to the dealership more frequently than I should. Also constant worry about losing too much oil in my car causes me mental anguish and deprives me of enjoying the new car. The information that the dealership comes up now about 'normal loss of engine oil at the rate of one third of a quart per 1200 miles' was concealed from me during the purchase of the car. If I would have known about a possibility that my brand new car may lose one third of a quart of engine oil per 1200 miles and it is considered 'normal' then I would have never purchased such a car.  2. The car is advertised as pseudo zero emission car that is good for environment and that was one of the reasons that compelled me to purchase the car. However, this turned out to be completely not true: the car actually burns more engine oil than many old clunker cars and thus significantly accelerates destruction of the catalytic converter and the other components of the exhaust system in my car that will result for me in losing thousands dollars to fix the problems later.
