I have contacted many people about my problem with Balise Toyota I ended up paying for cars They did not tell me on the day after I bought the first car that if I was to exchange it for another that I would have to pay for both It seems that no one can help me Every time I get a rejection it comes along with the same letter from Balise That letter contains many lies, but I don’t get the chance to defend myself First of all I did not contact another dealer I informed *** that I saw in the newspaper that *** *** was having a sale I never made any phone calls or visits to their dealership Second, Mr*** (General Manager) noticed that I was very upset when he said that he couldn’t do anything for me Actually I started crying He asked it there was anything he could do to make me happy I told him he could give me the money back that I lost by signing for cars in days Any decent person would give me back my money since I admitted that I made a mistake by signing the papers that he presented to me He knew I didn’t want cars His letter said that I would only take thousands of dollars to make me happy That’s not how it happened He had the last say and he did not tell the truth I was planning on getting new replacement windows with that money Now I can’t do it I did not do anything maliciously I made a mistake and I think that $13,is too much of a penalty.Thank you,*** ***

Nowhere in my quote does it state this offer does not include taxes or fees and I have never received a lease quote before where these amounts were not factored in already

The customer visited the Dealership on Tuesday June 2, to discuss her concerns. We reviewed thepaperwork for both the *** * and the *** purchase. The customer’scomplaint centers around her misunderstanding of how the second transaction(***) related to the first purchase
(*** *). After purchasing the *** *, the customer returned to theBalise Toyota and wanted to get a *** instead. It turns out prior tocoming in for the ***, the customer had made an inquiry with another dealer(we believe *** ***) and had received a more competitive quote for a ***,after purchasing the *** * from us. We traded her out of the *** intoa new ***.During the customers visit, we spent a considerableamount of time explaining why the payoff for the *** needed to be part of thetransaction. I must admit that I am not entirely sure the customercomprehends the payoff concept, but we made several attempts to clear up anyconfusion. We were able to clarify for the customer that she had indeedreceived credit for the $10,down payment she gave us in the purchase of the*** *In the end, I explained to the customer that we takecustomer satisfaction very seriously and want her to be 100% satisfied. We have extended Complimentary cleaning and detailing of her car, but she explained that unless we are prepared to give her “thousands” then she will not be happy. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you

We are at $318 a month and then the customer would need to pay State RI Reg/title doc fees and Sales tax.  $318 is the base payment plus 7% sales tax 22.26= 340.26. There is also a Toyota Financial Services 650 Bank acquisition fee and the 1st month payment must be taken at...

time of delivery on a 36 month lease and then they would have 35 payments left. None of this is considered money down. When we quote prices, we assume customers will take care of these additional items themselves.

Dear [redacted], if you, when negotiating the price of a vehicle, specifically use the value of the remote starter, absolutely does it have a moneytary value. In this case, every time the remote starter was mentioned from the sales person, it came with a $600 remark first. [redacted] would say "but I'm putting in a $600 remote starter and you want tires too?"If you professionally install a $50 remote starter, it's still a $50 remote starter, I don't care about the range of it, I care about having genuine Toyota parts in my Toyota. This especially when the price was mentioned several times during negotiation AND confirmed when I referred to it as a Toyota remote starter.  I would never ever have accepted this deal with a $600 reduction in price (your part of the tires) and an installed $50 remote starter. You gave me a price for my vehicle of $10500 rather than the $13800 offer you mailed to me. It simply not the deal I made.  I am am fine with being reimbursed for the tires and that money being sent to the bank.  Again, I suggest as I did the first time, that you can: (A) put in the Toyota remote starter that was promised. (B) reimburse me the $600 and take out the remote starter you put in my vehicle. Or (C) take you car back and pay out the loan.
Regards,
[redacted]

Mr. [redacted]
I am sorry you feel we lied to you but we have looked into the remote starter, both Toyota and after [redacted]et are currently not available for your 2016 [redacted] TC push buttons.  As I indicated we would keep you informed if anything changed.  I did leave you a message...

saying that we could exchange the remote start for the items you requested.  The items you requested are less expensive and because the vehicle was financed we are obligated to the bank to refund any difference to them and it will reflex on the amount you owe.  I am not sure why [redacted] you told you that they don't do that, unless they didn't understand that the vehicle was financed through [redacted].  I have confirmed this with both our accounting department as well as our Representative for [redacted].  We do need to install the [redacted] for you and I believe we were going to do that when the remote starter was going to be installed.  Do to the issue with the starter we have not installed the [redacted] as of yet but plan to do so once you decide what you want us to do regarding the starter.  I hope this addresses all your concerns.  If you should have any further questions please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted].
Thank you.
