We processed a lease buyout for Mr [redacted] and it required a Rhode Island state inspection...The vehicle did pass the inspection BUT the rims are bent due to road hazards...Mr [redacted] elected for us to NOT fix the rims, we would be more than happy to do an alignment for him once he repairs the rims first

Ms*** purchased her vehicle from another dealership and it is out of factory warranty…We performed a proper repair and unfortunately she had or issues that were not related to the fix we performed…her car is a with over 100K miles and is having separate issues, we offered to repair and
give a discount but she wants them for free…

The vehicle had new tires on it from wherever Mr*** brought it to have tires put on, I'm not sure where he brought the car for tires BUT whoever put them on the car must have known about the bent rims since there was an over abundant amount of wheel weights on the rims, it is certainly possible that some of the weights fell off the rims due to road hazards...In any case we would not be getting extorted for any kind of compensation since Mr*** should fix his bent rims first and THEN have the car aligned

[The fact remains that the car was driving perfectly fine prior to Balise doing the inspectionIf the rims were the cause of the alignment issue then the problem would have show itself before handI will not be trusting my car back in the dealershipI will be taking it to the place I had previously align my carI would be happy to mark this complaint as resolved if Balise agrees to compensate me for the expense.]

Mr. [redacted] had a vehicle that was out of factory warranty, the repairs we did were performed properly…however, Mr. [redacted] did DECLINE many REQUIRED factory services to his vehicle which would have certainly helped the life of the vehicle…As far as selling the car before the manufacturer [redacted] news, that...

would certainly be between him and the manufacturer, the dealer wouldn’t have anything to do with that…
