resellable new condition. The item was sent back to us clearly used by the customer making it used and useless, we would have to throw the item in the garbage and could not sell it to another customer. The item was sent back to the customer with a note in the box explaining this. We have done nothing wrong, you cannot take an expensive item that is over $1000 in value and use it on your body and then return it for a refund. We sell hundreds and hundreds of these units every year and have had no issues. The unit is back in the possession of the customer. Our return policy is below, has been the same return policy for 18 years. A copy of this return policy was also put in with the shipment as well.
RETURN POLICY:
Products must be returned in new and unused condition and must include any and all product packaging, instruction manuals, blank warranty cards and or accessories.
Returns must include customer's complete name, address, phone number and explanation as to why the product is being returned.
Returns received that do not meet the above criteria will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
All products must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
Balkowitsch Enterprises, Inc., reserves the right to change our return policy at any time without, incurring any obligations to make the reserved terms applicable to products previously sold.
This return policy does not apply to special order, personalized, custom made or homeopathic products.

They are quoting a Satisfaction Guarantee from a website that is NOT where I ordered my product from. My account is set up on us.wellbox.com and that is where I placed this order. It clearly states:
Returns.
Seller guarantees full satisfaction of its products. If Buyer is not happy with the purchase, Buyer may return the Wellbox, undamaged, at buyer!s expense for a refund of the purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee, at any time within 30 days of the date of original purchase. No return merchandise authorization is required. Returns will only be accepted with all original packaging material and a copy of the original sales receipt. Returns of the Wellbox without the original packaging and the sales receipt will be rejected and no refund will be payable. Returns must be shipped back freight prepaid to the following address:

They can conveniently come up with whatever policy they want but I did NOT have that info prior to my purchase. It is no where on this website. Please see attached.

Again, a consumer cannot use a personal care item, something that she uses on her private areas and return it for a 100% refund. The machine is useless to us and is a complete loss. We have done nothing wrong and this is our policy and this has been stated upfront to the customer and also over the phone. We cannot do anything in this regard. We will be providing the bank with our side of the story and this consumer will not be allowed to defraud our company in this manner. You cannot take a new item, make it used and unsellable and expect a refund. This matter is closed from our perspective.

I am rejecting this response because:
I don't think your small business understands the simple fact that replying to complaints with just a tracking number means that everything is ok and resolved, I'm sure the business shipped out the product, I don't doubt that. The issue here is that your lack of empathy and actual disregard to the fact that the customer may actually be right, but no lets be stubborn and just reply with the "the customer is trying to defraud us" the only one being cheated here is me. As per the phone call that I recorded you guys said that an investigation would be done, what were the results of that? How come I was never notified, have you guys actually even done anything? I doubt it. Maybe next time using a carrier that does NOT leave packages behind a door would be in your best interest. Now I am expecting a refund or a replacement product to be sent out in order to satisfy this complaint.

This was a custom made to order unit, the customer has been talked to and was informed upfront that the item could not be returned. It has a full warranty. She is claiming to have some technical issues and the warranty department is sending a...

technician to get that addressed. This item cannot be returned and this has been explained to the customer over the phone by our company and by the manufacturer. We also have a 10 day money back guarantee and that timeframe has long come and gone.

have talked to this customer many times and we even had FedEx do a trace on the package and talked to the driver, it was delivered to the customer.  Customer says "I live in a ghetto and someone stole it", we explained to him that it is the buyers responsibility to make sure a delivery address is safe to receive packages, we have done nothing wrong and this item was delivered to the address per the customers request. [redacted] Balkowitsch, CEO
