I am rejecting this response because: I don't think your small business understands the simple fact that replying to complaints with just a tracking number means that everything is ok and resolved, I'm sure the business shipped out the product, I don't doubt thatThe issue here is that your lack of empathy and actual disregard to the fact that the customer may actually be right, but no lets be stubborn and just reply with the "the customer is trying to defraud us" the only one being cheated here is meAs per the phone call that I recorded you guys said that an investigation would be done, what were the results of that? How come I was never notified, have you guys actually even done anything? I doubt itMaybe next time using a carrier that does NOT leave packages behind a door would be in your best interestNow I am expecting a refund or a replacement product to be sent out in order to satisfy this complaint

This item was shipped and was DELIVERED, we have done nothing wrong, the consumer is attempting to defraud us. Fedex tracking # [redacted] . Shows delivered Tue 12/06/2016 1:07 pm it was delivered to: [redacted] ***Providence, RI 02907###-###-#### We... have talked to this customer many times and we even had FedEx do a trace on the package and talked to the driver, it was delivered to the customer. Customer says "I live in a ghetto and someone stole it", we explained to him that it is the buyers responsibility to make sure a delivery address is safe to receive packages, we have done nothing wrong and this item was delivered to the address per the customers request.
