We purchased a gift certificate 2 years ago and the business is impossible to contact to redeem said gift certificate. We tried contacting the business dozens of times by phone and email to use the gift certificate without a response. Their online class registration requires a credit card so we were not able to use that to sign up using the gift certificate. Over a year after attempting to contact the business we finally reached the owner and he said he would refund the gift certificate. We had to forward him the receipt via email. It's been over a year of continuing to try and contact the business because we still haven't received the refund.
