Review: Rollin Ent also known as Ball Ent were the most disorganized and unprofessional black party bus business in the state of Louisiana. The company did not call to update and confirm information for my bus ride and therefore had all the details wrong!! The driver did not know where my drop off location was, what time he was supposed to pick me up, or that I had paid for an actual hourly bus ride (he was under the assumption that it was only a transfer). He did not have the contract with the details so he told me he could only go by what his colleague said. The substitute bus that I was rendered (because the advertised bus was broken) was SUB PAR, The bus was not equipped with a DJ, TVs, and ice chest which were all amenities included on the advertised bus which I had rode on prior, not to mention this bus had ripped seats and tattered flooring! My hourly bus ride was to start at 8:30, the driver proceeded to pull of 15 minutes after, stating that I should have been there for 8:30. He did not even provide the hour that was contracted after I told him I was on my way. When I was able to communicate with him to rectify the situation. I was yelled at (in front of guests on my birthday!!), the amenities on the bus were totally disregarded and I was told that I would not receive my deposit. I was literally in tears, as the driver stated there was nothing that can be done!! This is a company that DOES NOT CARE about attention to detail, customer satisfaction or quality of goods and services provided. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE who needed this type of services ESPECIALLY if they are using it for a special occasion!!! This was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!Desired Settlement: The only request that I made to resolve this issue upon seeing that everything was in total disarray was to refund the deposit of $200.00. I was told that I cancelled (which I didn't... the bus left me) and there would be no refund. Furthermore, I received a highlighted contract stating that the bus time started at the arrival, no where did it say the bus would leave during the contracted time if the person under the contract was not there (my guest had already arrived).

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Ball Entertainment LLC regarding complaint ID 9923235, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The business has responded negatively towards me on social media such as Instagram and Facebook. We continue to go back and forth in the issue of in professionalism and the services provided. They are not willing to mutually resolve the matter and I'm not sure if how to press forward with the issue
