This company is very rude and unprofessionalI paid for a vacation and was told that I only had to pay a activation fee and taxes on the room when I arrive to the hotelI end up having to spend more money than expected and still lost out on my vacation plus hundreds a dollarsI tried to speak to the customer service manager but she was very rude and unprofessional to the point she even hung up on meI tried to get her name and the company name but she had each person that answered the phone to hang up on meThis company is a fraud and they are doing advertising to get people out of their money

Last week your company sent me a form to send back to them filled out so that your company could send me my refund of 800.00.
