I am writing in response to the complaint that was filed against my business Ball Septic. When the customer contacted me about the differences in the invoices I tried explaining to him that I wasn't "up charging" him but I was charging him for the gallons that I pumped out of his tankHe was having a problem with his system, that's why so many pumpings, so it was overfilled and that's why we charged him for more.He was very angry and did not want to listen to what I had to say and he was telling me that he refused to pay the higher amountI told him "you're a doctor, when you do a service and a patient calls to complain about the bill, do you just say ok, pay what you want?"That was the comment about his profession. After he still refused to listen to reason I agreed with him that he could pay the lesser amounts.I was surprised about the complaint because I made it right before he filed it.I always strive to keep my customers happy, I would never send him to collections because he paid me what we agreed upon[redacted] ***Owner

Revdex.com:I do not see explanation as to why a gallon tank would be charged the rate of a to gallon tank. that would be to times as much volume than the tank could hold. There was double the volume because the tank was failing? I did not dipute the fact that I needed more than one pumping. I am disputing why the volume charged was way over the tank size. *** asked me how I knew the tank size. Well, the tank was finally pulled and replaced. It was a gallon metal tank with a concrete lid. This problem was not addressed in the response
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
