I placed an order on 8/20/After I received the initial confirmation I never heard anything from Balla Bracelets regarding expected delivery datesI researched online and finally found on their website that they ship 2-weeks after the order is receivedAfter not receiving my order, I contacted Customer Service on 9/8/and 9/16/and got only automated response, and no follow upBecause I had purchased my item through a Living Social deal, I contacted them and began working with customer serviceFinally, on 10/6/I received my orderWhile it was acceptable for the $I spent, the quality of the product is completely unacceptable for the full price $I do not recommend purchasing any items from this company

I have purchased three bracelets and a necklace from this company since last summer and I have loved every piece The shipping is a bit on the slow side, but that's their policy One should accept it or buy elsewhere I had even purchased a bracelet for my daughter, but she lost it It was a special gift and I waited for it to go on sale again, but no luck I contacted the company by e-mail, explained the situation and they wrote back a few days later and offered me the same price as when I first purchased it That's true customer service I get so many compliments on my Balla jewelry and can't wait for my next piece

I purchased a bracelet through groupon however I have yet to receive it. I realize it is the Christmas season but it has been 3 weeks and still no bracelet. The other problem is that I have contacted the company 3 times to try to determine what the delay is and to date I have received no response. In addition, the tracking number that was provided to me is incorrect so I am unable to see if it is stuck in the mail somewhere. I think this is very poor customer service and it looks bad for groupon too. If anyone is reading this I would advise that you think twice before ordering anything from this company.

I used a groupon code for a $15.00 bracelet that original cost is $109.00 and the code did not go through and they charged me $109.99. I emailed and have left several messages on their answering machine, I am fighting to get my money back they just keep giving me the run around. I will go to my bank today and file a complaint.

Because I had purchased my item through a Living Social deal, I contacted them and began working with customer service. Finally, on 10/6/14 I received my order. While it was acceptable for the $15 I spent, the quality of the product is completely unacceptable for the full price $109. I do not recommend purchasing any items from this company.
