After filing the claim, the refund did appear on my credit card statement. I didn't find it earlier. It seems that seller tried their best to fix the problem though result is not expected.Just a suggestion, the seller should let the customers quickly know if the products are out of stock and should not hold this for more than 2 business days that is pretty much standard ecommernce practice. So the customers can make another purchase from different source on time.We understand that running a small business is not easy. But that shouldn't be the excuse to give the customers hard time.I am Ok with the seller's response. You can close the case now.
