I scheduled an appointment to have my teeth cleaned in September 2011 with Ballard Family Dentistry. I called and canceled within their required time frame. My father continues to get billed for this even though I have called Ballard Dentistry and explained.
Today my dad received another bill for $40.00 with a neon pink sticker "Final Notice" and "PLEASE PAY IMMEDIATELY". This is nothing more than a bullying tactic which leaves me no recourse. I either pay what they demand or get a knock on my dad's credit when I haven't done anything wrong.
