The attorney who worked with this client, Brian [redacted] (an attorney in our Sioux Falls office), has contacted the aggrieved person It was a misunderstanding and he thought that she, like most of our clients, wanted him to automatically renew the LLC filing He was not aware that she did not Our A/R department has WRITTEN OFF the amount due ($105.44) and the aggrieved person no longer owes us for the filing (although the filing is now paid for so her LLC has been renewed for an additional year) I believe we have resolved this issue to the aggrieved person's satisfaction but please let me know if we have not Thank youPeter [redacted] Office Managing PartnerBallard Spahr LLP [redacted] Minneapolis, MN
