Since I stopped using the organization for regular daycare I do not have anything in writing for the drop in services. I was offered these services after I discontinued the regular service. [redacted]

The mother asked me to secure a spot for her child for the last week of AugustShe was told that she would need to pay for the service to hold the spot for the time she was looking for as she only required one week of care .

care she requested, The check was deposited with the weekly deposit
*** then realized public school would be starting that week and only needed two days of careI explained to her that I would refund the over payment of $as she over looked the first day of school when she secured a spot for her daughterI further explained that the fees are non refundable
A few days later *** asked me to credit the full amount because she changed her mindI again explained that the fees are non refundable and I would be refunding her the original $as discussed, and that her daughter could still attend those days
She paid to hold a spot for her childShe then changed her mindThe fees are non refundableWe asked for payment up front so that we would be able to hold the spot for her
