Ballistic Cycles

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Ballistic. I read an add indicating the BIG custom motorcycle building company in my neighborhood was going to start taking on mechanical work and now a have a Harley Mechanic on staff. So I took my bike in to have it fixed. The day I took it in the crap started. First the Labor rate changed then the he said it would be a month or two before he would get to it. I was ok with a month because here in Wisconsin we cannot ride this time of year. Then a couple of weeks ago I get a call saying now he would need half down to get started. I said ok I will be in next week sometime. A couple of days later I get another call. "We cannot fix your bike we are too busy. I will need you to come pick up or I will have to charge storage." [redacted]??? Really.... So me in the middle of a crazy 76 hr work week I tell him there is no way I am paying storage and I cannot pick my bike up until next week and BTW this is some **!!! Today I get a call from the owner [redacted] and he is threatening me and calling people I know to tell them he is going to put my bike out by the road! In -40 degree weather. DO NOT DEAL W BALLISTIC there are plenty of other bike builders that wont screw you around or GOUGE your eyes out on price!
