Ballistic Fabrication

I placed an order over the phone for some of their products on sept I was told the products were in stock and would be shipped next day with tracking numberafter about a week with no tracking number I called back and was told they do not yet have the product I ordered in stock and were waiting themselves to receive shipmentso I cancelled my order and received a conformation from [redacted] on oct stating my order has been cancelled and my refund was processedit is now the 19th of oct and my refund has yet to be receivedthe customer service is horrible and they blatantly lied to me so I would make the purchaseeven though I informed them I need the parts asap because my vehicle is not drive able and I will only order the parts if they will be shipped asapthey told me they are in stock and will be shipped next dayand in both cases were lies and has now rendered my vehicle not drive able to this day because they have not refunded my money so I can make the purchase elsewherei would not recommend using this business under any circumstances!!

I've ordered twice before from Ballistic, The last order (on 4/30/15) was for there traction bar kit ($200) I paid $for shippingA business week went by and nothing, no notification of shipping or did no packageI called them up and found out they were waiting for tubing and it would be shipping in the next dayCalled them another week and was told the exact same thing and now were waiting for the end links, WTF! I expressed how mad I was this was now over weeks from my original order date, and was promised they would overnight it, and I would have it by the end of the weekWell guess what, the Wednesday after that Friday I called and it still didn't ship yet, I blew up on the phone and I never do thatnow I have a tracking number(have been checking it) and is 'expected' to arrive this Tuesday, 6/2/15, just a little shy of weeks from being ordered.I could handle that if they were honest to meThe LIES and phone calls & hours on hold nope, never againOrder XXXXX

Phone calls unanswered, voicemail and emails not returnedIs Ballistic Fab out of business? I can only hope so after such a frustrating experience

Well I have to say if I was running my business like they do I would be out of businessThe first order I made with them didn't even arriveI had to make a statement on Twitter to get their attentionI guess scared of someone seeing the Tweet I posted, they contacted me right away and said they would get my order out to me immediatelyIt still took awhile to get it after a month + of waitingThey explain that a person had left and took a lot of information and know how with themThey are having problems getting back to where they wereUnderstanding their problem, I gave them another chanceI went ahead and orderedAgain the same problemIt is a month later after making my second order and still I have not received my orderOn the web site claim ships in hours or free shippingAfter paying $in shipping I think I need my $back I guess I'll probably get on Twitter again and share my troubles to get them to send my order to me
Order # *** *** (President of Ballistic Fabrications) if you are reading these post which I hope you do, you either need to hire more staff or get a business consultant

Terrible terrible terrible company! They literally dont answer the phone!!!
I placed an order online, their website advertised a hour shipping guranteeI tried time and time again to contact someone, my emails and voicemails went unasnwered for almost a monthI really wanted the products I ordered, but was ready to file a dispute with my credit card companyA package just shows up at my door, poorly packaged, shipped via a different carrier than my order specifiedI continued to try and contact someone at Ballistic Fabrication about their *** poor customer service and to refund my shipping per their "hour gurantee"
What a scam! *** and *** both have pages dedicated to countless poor reviews and customer experiencesNever ever again!!!! Ballistic Fabrication is bad for the industry!!!!

I would not recommend using this business under any circumstances!!

Got suckered in again with long lead times before shipping, parts out of stock without notice, no tracking info and management who is seemingly Missing In Action.
March 14th : Ordered all my parts.

March 18th 4pm: Called since I had no tracking number. No one answered the phones. Tried chat, someone finally got back to me, resulted in them calling me directly. Found out 2 parts were on back order with no ETA, but the rest of the parts shipped March 17th. Asked for proof/tracking #, and to cancel those 2 parts as I'm not waiting. Asked for manager to call me back to process refund.

March 18th 4:30pm: Called Ballistic's competitor, ordered missing parts for half the price Ballistic was charging.
March 19th: Needed another part I forgot to order on the 14th, called Ballistic's competitor, ordered other forgotten part.

March 21st: Received missing part from Ballistic's competitor.

March 21st: Chatted with Ballistics folks, as I still had not received tracking number. Was sent 4 emails from Ballistics instead from their Intuit software saying I owed money. Chat guy told me not to worry about it. Still no tracking #. Insisted on tracking #. Got tracking #. Find out part is actually on its way, should arrive 3/24.
March 22nd: Received forgotten part from ballistic's competitor.

Current day March 23, tracking number still shows part on track for being delivered tomorrow. No call from Ballistics manager for refund yet. Checked account, no refund yet. Scratching my head, wondering why I ever deal with this company.

Ordered 300.00 worth of simple parts with guaranteed 48hr shipping (according to the stupid banner flying on the top of my screen) 3 weeks later and still nothing. No tracking number, tried calling and get the automated voice to press a number. They all go to voicemail!!! No callbacks no email replies. I have left at least 5 voicemail and 10 emails.
I defended ya'll for years and had small issues, but after this I'm done. Won't spend another dime with ballistic fab....
