The customer's range is covered under Electrolux manufacturer warranty for the failure customer is experiencing. Specifically, the Electrolux warranty is Year Parts & Labor , and Year Limited Parts - Glass Top, Seal, Elements.We must use Electrolux parts from
an authorized parts supplier in order for the customer to maintain their Electrolux warranty. We have been in contact with Electrolux periodically over the last six months, but they have been unable to provide the following part needed for repair, until this week.
