I wish I didn’t have to give any stars due to their HORRIBLE customer service!!!! These nasty females almost ruined my graduation day!!! My husband surprised me by ordering letter balloons that were supposed to spell “CONGRATS”. As we’re taking them out of the car to hang them up, we noticed that 2 of the letters were missing. My husband was understandably frustrated. He called them to explain the situation and after giving him a hard time, I asked to handle the call while he get dressed. The reps tone changed as we talked and she assured me that I could come in and she would take care of me. Pressed for time, I sped there and waited patiently as they prepared to give me my missing balloons. She calls me to the register and tells me I have to pay about $26. I said my husband paid for these already and I was told to come in and I’d be taken care of. Needless to say, the rep (I believe her name was Danielle) was VERY NASTY and told me my husband is lying, there’s no way he was sent home with missing balloons, and if I want replacements, I’d have to pay more money (about $26 extra) to receive them. Considering the fact that it was our first time shopping there, I was mortified at their POOR customer service. She SCREAMED over and over about having a video of the rep counting out the balloons to my husband but when I asked to see the video, she ignored me. I also, asked my husband to verify the story and he assured me that no one counted the balloons with/for him. They only gave instructions to walk carefully and backwards out of the store. This company has no sense of business ethics and whenever they experience an unhappy customer, they mention having video footage that you’ll NEVER get to see! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT BUFFOON TYCOON AGAIN!!! NEVER EVER!!!

I placed an order woth this company for a balloon delivery in nine days to a banquet hallWhen I placed the order I told the woman I had to double check on delivery time and I would get back to herI called back to cancel the order because the time wouldnt work and she l refused to refund they would only offer a store credit, which I would never useI told her she didnt tell me I couldnt get a refund and I asked her where that is stated and she said the invoiceI told her I didnt receive one and she said I was the first customer to ask for oneI said I find that hard to believe when you are spending over $100! I do not want to pay for a service that cant be filled the way that I requestedI called her back a few hours after I originally spoke to her for a balloon delivery in daysShe then proceeded to hang up on meWhat a horrible way to run a business!

I ordered balloons for my father's birthdayThey were a huge hitEspecially a photo balloon that was suggested to me as an optionI found everything I needed for the party [except the food of course] in one place! This place is Awesome!

Completely dissatisfied! Horrible customer service Received defective balloons that were not filled adequately Called and spoke to female store manager who stated that she would replace balloons I stated that party was the day prior and I needed no more balloons and at that point I asked for a refund She stated that there were no refunds even though she confirmed balloons were defective When I respectfully asked for a refund again I was told "tough ***" and she hung up on me! Total lack of professionalism and respect I have never in any capacity been treated like that in my entire life
