Review: Balloonatics is terrible. I will not use them again and I do not recommend them. To be clear it is not their balloon products I have a problem with, it is their bad business practices. After I placed my order (for $499.71 in balloons) my credit cards was charged. The balloons were delivered on time.Two weeks later my card was charged again for a duplicate amount. The owner Tracie told me she would issue a refund. I have not seen the credit. I called and emailed Tracie daily. When she answered (rarely) she always told me that she was out on a delivery and would issue the credit when she returned to the shop. She never did. I have had to initiate a dispute with my credit card company.Desired Settlement: I have turned the matter over the dispute department with my credit card company. I will let them investigate and resolve the issue.

We feel absolutely horrible about this, but unfortunately we were a victim of unscrupupulous credit card processing company. When we received word if the error we issued a refund , the funds were removed from our account and we were told it would reflect with the customer in 1-3 business days. However, the customer never received the refund. After repeated calls our cc processor repeatedly told us it was held up with the customers bank. After waiting for return calls, the money already taken to cover the credit and more problems we had to cancel our contract with that credit card company. We were advised this was the bestove from our legal team. We value every customer and appreciate each and everyone that supports our business. We cannot apologize for this unfortunate event enough. If there are any outstanding problems , please contact Tracie directly and we will swiftly resolve any lingering issues. We now have a reliable credit card processor behind us, but for those that are uncomfortable with that we accept checks and cash. This had been terribly frustrating and

embarrassing but all issues we know of have been resolved to the best if our knowledge . We apologize again and look forward to serving you all with your party needs

Very unprofessional, the owner/manager has a really terrible attitude and over charges people. I placed an order and it was nothing like I had asked and when I asked for some type of a credit she just avoided my phone calls. Her overall attitude was very poor and the shop looked very dirty andishes disgusting. Will not work with again

Review: I used this company for a couple of baloon sculptures for a charity event held at my location where we gave a vehicle away to a vetern in need. They sculptures were wonderful. Since the initial payment with my corporate credit card they have been racking up multiple charges every few weeks since the event. They have now charged over $800 above the initial payment that was owed. I spoke with owner ([redacted]) about 8 times to get it resolved and keep getting the run around about crediting my account. I have now turned it over to corporate security and the corporate credit card company. Monday they charged over $270 again. When I talk to her now she states she is busy and can not talk or will call me back. Not a good way to do business.Desired Settlement: Need to immediately reimburse my credit card company in the amount of $960.62 that was charged above what was paid for your services.

Review: Balloonatics delivers a great product, but unfortunately also has significant and unacceptable billing issues.I placed an order on January 10 for $214.96. My balloons arrived on time and looked great. Several days later, I noticed a duplicate charge on January 14 for $214.96. I notified the business by leaving several telephone messages but my calls were unreturned. My card was charged three more times: 1/16 for $230.01, 1/27 for $262.11, 2/4 for $187.25. I continued to leave messages and eventually my call was returned by Tracie. She assured me on 2/4 that she had figured out the problem and the credits would be applied to my account. It's now 2/13 and the credits haven't been applied and I haven't heard from Tracie since 2/7. There is absolutely no urgency from Balloonatics in providing status updates regarding this issue. Tracie offered to explain to me how this happened, but I was uninterested until she was unable to provide a timeline for the refund. Balloonatics is full of excuses but unfortunately lacks what really counts: a timely, satisfactory resolution. To date, I still have more than $800 in unauthorized charges and no resolution in sight. Tracie did offer for my next order to be free of charge, but I've already given them a second chance. I was double-charged for another order three months ago: November 2013. I was told by Balloonatics that there was an illness in the family that was resulting in some billing confusing. As such, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I disputed the charges and moved on. They have since proven that they consistently lack competency in resolving billing issues. As a consumer, I expect not only for a company to guard my credit card data with integrity but also to promptly address the issue when that data has been compromised with numerous unauthorized charges. I would absolutely not recommend Balloonatics to anyone.Desired Settlement: I have turned this matter over to my finanancial institution because I have no confidence that Balloonatics will resolve this issue.
