I am rejecting this response because: there is absolutely no way that that the filters were changed in August I have pictures to prove that a filter should not look like that within only being there coming up three months on the 24th of this monthAlso it’s fine that the smoke decrectors are now changed but it was completely unacceptable for them to never have worked in the first placeFinally thing I can understand the smoke from the apartment coming from someone cooking are grease build up but by the filters not being changed and can also assume and be perfectly correct that the previous tenants never cleaned the stove themselves because we only had one eye working since moving inThe problem is no longer the smoke since you are so convinced it came from someone cooking when every single roommate claimed to have no been home and not have cooked but I can only vouch for my very own whereabouts the problem is the carbon monoxide which we are completely ignoring and no I don’t want to hear what the fire department you called said because how did you even know which department to call if it was never given to youI know what those 8-firefighters told me that goes for the filter the carbon monoxide and also the burning plastic smell that they said was in the apartmentThesis statement doesn’t resolve a very serious issue

Hello, The response below is in regards to *** ***' account*** *** is NOT the guarantor on this account and cannot dispute the charges on her sons behalf. Summary: *** *** failed to remit payment for MarchHe was subsequently presented a 3-day notice to vacate
on March 9th. Our records indicate that he officially returned keys and surrendered possession of the unit on March 14th. The charges posted to his account are comprised of unpaid rent, late fees, unpaid utilities, a relet fee for failing to complete his lease term, and a number of lease violations for unregistered animals. Please note that despite our lease legally allowing for us to charge an initial fine of $and a secondary charge of $per animal, management opted to issue a single lease violation and charge for all 3. His final statement and a breakdown of the charges are attached*** *** is responsible for all charges. Respectfully, -Ballpark West Management

I am rejecting this response because: although the resolution has been solved, the fire department report has not been put out the overall report yet so we as the tenants and Ballpark West are not hundred percent sure that the "oil" is the overall cause, that is simply based of Ballpark predictionHowever, we were told something completely different by the fire departmentWe have asked to be moved due to other things going on as well considering we simply do not feel safe within the apartment however it was stated that we as current tenants who pay rent on time since we have moved in, must pay $in order just to move to another apartment building within the complex which is not making any sense to me or the other tenant.

Hello, I want to make sure that all of my residents have a comfortable living experience, which is why all of the issues mentioned have been addressedMy maintenance team was in your unit yesterday and changed all of the smoke detectors to avoid any future issuesAlso, per our conversation,
the smoke coming from your stove was caused by the large amount of oil that was left under the heating elementsWe suggested that all roommates within your unit properly clean the appliances prior to useFurthermore, all air conditioner filters were changed on 8/24/We are more than happy to change your filter again if need be. I am rejecting this response because: Obviously the furniture is not what is being advertised in the website. If I would've known the inconsistency between apartment units,  i would've never moved here. This upgraded unit is not worth the price being charged. I have only moved once, that was because management neglected to address conflict with my previous roommates. My previous roommate got money stolen from his bedroom after maintenance switched his door lock without notification and left the door open. Apparently nobody knows anything about the incident. This place is overpriced considering the false representation of the furniture. I can invite you to my apartment and my previous roommate can show you his, the difference is significant. This apartment unit is not worth 450 a month, it is barely worth 350. Apparently upgraded units have torn/ sun damaged couches and  mismatching cheap furniture. Attached are some pictures that clearly demonstrate the inconsistency within apartment units. These are pictures that illustrate the difference between my previous unit and my current unit -both upgraded units. . Furthermore, the website advertises the apartment with the white furniture: the furniture I have is nowhere to be seen in the website. The lease states that the apartment already comes with furniture, the website does not advertise the unit I have. It is misleading many young students by luring them with misleading commodities and "upgraded" units.

To whom it may concern: The issues that this resident is address were not a part of the upgraded package that he is claiming. Our upgraded units consists of upgraded granite counter tops, track lighting, cabinets and kitchen appliances. All of these items are included within his current unit....

The furniture within the common area is not a part of the upgraded package. We have addressed all of the issues within his bedroom and have cleaned his bedroom carpet, twice. Mr. [redacted] has been transferred twice and was unhappy with the units that he was placed within. The unit that he is currently in has not only been addressed by our maintenance staff but also our management staff.  Attached are photos of the unit Mr. [redacted] is currently occupying, which is an upgraded unit.

To whom it may concern: [redacted] signed and completed a lease agreement on 7/25/2017, which, according to our lease, makes it a legal binding contract. She is still obligated to the entire lease contact amount and was given the proper information to go through the relet procedures in order to...

cancel the contact; she failed to do soAdditionally, [redacted] had not picked up keys but this still does not release her from the lease agreement she signed. The account was closed and a Financial Move Out statement was sent to the address provided on the account. If we did not receive payment 30 days from the account being closed, the delinquent balance will be sent to collections. Attached is a copy of the signed lease.
